Perhaps the most anticipated moment for drivers during the Monaco GP is the qualifying session. It’s well known that this is the perfect opportunity to secure a win on Sunday, as the length of the cars and the tight layout of the circuit make overtaking extremely difficult. For this edition, the FIA will implement a new rule: each F1 team will be required to make two pit stops. This change aims to make the event more exciting for fans. More F1 Results
Fernando Alonso delivered an outstanding performance. While the Aston Martin hasn’t been the most competitive car, the Spanish driver’s talent should never be underestimated.
Esteban Ocon placed eighth in his Haas, followed by Liam Lawson in ninth and Alex Albon in tenth. The Thai driver has enjoyed a solid season, proving that all he needed was a better car to shine.
George Russell suffered a DNF in Q3, preventing him from setting a final lap time.
Sunday’s race promises high expectations, as the new rule will force F1 drivers and teams to think more strategically if they want to climb the F1 standings.
